Answer
Is Hostinger Premium's 3-site limit enough?
Fine for one project, tight for anything else. Hostinger Premium holds three websites and 20 GB. Many people assume the cheap Hostinger plan is the unlimited one — it is not; that is Unlimited, one tier up.
When three is genuinely enough
One main site, a staging copy and a spare project fits comfortably. Twenty gigabytes is more than most content sites will use — a WordPress install with a theme and plugins sits well under a gigabyte before media.
If you are building one thing and have no plans beyond it, Premium is the cheapest credible plan we track and there is no reason to pay more.
When it is not
Three fills faster than expected. A client site, a personal blog and an experiment is already the limit, with nothing spare. And the cost of being wrong is an upgrade mid-term rather than a setting you can change.
The actual price difference
Over four years, Premium costs about $144 and Unlimited about $192. That is roughly $48 across four years — about a dollar a month — and it buys unlimited sites and daily backups instead of weekly.
Framed as a monthly figure the upgrade looks like a 33% increase. Framed as the four-year total it is a dollar a month for the two limits most likely to bite you. We think it is usually worth it, which is why Unlimited rather than Premium is our default recommendation.
Whether subdomains and parked domains count toward the site limit is not something we could confirm from Hostinger’s published documentation. If you plan to run subdomains, ask support before buying rather than after.
